Under the guidance and supervision of the “Outreach Program Coordinator” the outreach volunteer (OV) will
- Implement different outreach interventions related to substance use and mental health
- Develop an understanding of the community's culture and respond to its challenges
- Plan, prepare and coordinate field visits on a weekly basis
- Conduct voluntary counseling and testing for Sexually Transmitted Infection including sensitization, harm reduction techniques, and follow-up when necessary, according to the National Aids Program and Skoun’s guidelines and
- Introduce the community to the services provided by the center and partners, and refer when needed
- Contribute to area service mapping
- Be able to provide around 20 hours/Month

- Strong ability to observe, analyze, take initiative and report to the Program Coordinator

Criteria of selection
Technical skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge in Harm Reduction and SHRH
- 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Fluent in Arabic, English is a plus
- Age range starting 18 and above
