وظيفة شاغرة: مطلوب مدرب فنون وحرف يدوية للعمل مع المجلس النرويجي للاجئين

Activities/TOR:

1. Planning lessons on art and crafts in accordance with students' learning objectives.
2. Preparing the classroom by gathering and setting up equipment.
3. Developing students' drawing, coloring, and painting techniques.
4. Providing instruction on the use of resources such as graphite and charcoal pencils, as well as oil, acrylic, and watercolor paint.
5. Assigning and grading projects and examinations.
6. Recording and reporting students' progress.
7. Monitoring inventory and sourcing art supplies, as needed.

Requirements

Practical experience in facilitating arts and crafts skills training for at least two years. Preferably previous experience in facilitating similar courses to youth with basic computer skills and knowledge.

Ideal candidate

• Degree or certificate in fine arts with teaching qualification, or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an art teacher.
• Ability to work systematically and in an organized manner.
• Ability to listen actively, understand, communicate effectively, and discuss with supervisors and youth on their learning challenges.
• Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality.
• Fluent in English and Arabic

وصف للأنشطة المحددة/البنود المرجعية:

1. تخطيط دروس الفنون والحرف بما يتوافق مع أهداف التعليم للطلاب.
2. تجهيز الصفوف الدراسة وتحضير المستلزمات المطلوبة.
3. تنمية تقنيات الرسم والتلوين والحرف لدى الطلاب.
4. توفير إرشادات حول استخدام الوسائط مثل أقلام الرصاص والجرافيت والفحم الزيتي والاكريليك والألوان المائية.
5. وضع الامتحانات والمشاريع المطلوبة وتصحيحها.
6. تقديم التقارير عن تقييم وتطوّر الطلاب.
7. مراقبة المخزون وتحديد مصادر اللوازم الفنية، حسب الحاجة.

المؤهلات:

خبرة عملية في التدريب والتيسير مهارات العمل لا تقل عن سنتين. يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في التدريب المهني وبرامج الشباب التعليمية ويجيد استخدام الحاسوب.

• شهادة في الفنون أو ما يعادلها.
• خبرة سابقة كمدرس فنون وحرف يدوية.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل منظم.
• القدرة على الاصغاء والتواصل بشكل فعال ، والمناقشة مع المشرفين والشباب حول مشاكل وتحديات التعليم .
• احترام السرية والحفاظ عليها.
• اتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
