 Supervising a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
 Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that all systems are properly maintained.
 Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, and inventory management.
 Ensuring that all maintenance work is performed safely.
 Implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance.
