We are looking for a passionate and innovative Growth Hacker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product development teams to increase our brand presence and attract new customers. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of digital marketing strategies and possess a deep understanding of the virtual reality market.
Responsibilities – المسؤوليات:
Develop and execute growth hacking strategies for user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize conversion funnels and user experiences to maximize lead acquisition and conversions.
Solidify our brand identity, and become the custodian of our brand.
Analyze data and conduct A/B testing for data-driven decision-making and growth optimization.
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, ML, predictive analytics) for personalized marketing and targeted lead generation.
Explore and experiment with new growth hacking techniques and emerging marketing platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams for aligned growth strategies.
Monitor KPIs, provide reports, and offer insights on growth metrics.
Implement lead generation strategies through various marketing channels (content, SEO, social media, email, ads).
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of growth campaigns.
Implement retargeting techniques by leveraging pixels and cookies.
Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
Foster an entrepreneurial spirit, think creatively, and drive innovative growth strategies.
Qualifications – المؤهلات:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in major digital and print marketing platforms, as well as traditional and creative marketing strategies.
4. Knowledge of the virtual reality industry and current market trends.
5. In-depth knowledge of TikTok as a marketing channel, including content trends, advertising formats, targeting options, and engagement strategies.
6. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
7. Strong project management and communication skills.
8. Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset, with the ability to think creatively, take risks, and drive innovative growth strategies.
9. Fluency in English.
